The Ohio Weightlifting Team season is upon us and it always begins with our first Weightlifting Meet of the year! The Dirty Gym will use the results from this competition to finalize our Athlete roster for this years season. If you live in the Dayton, OH area, you may be eligible for a Team Slot!
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE: COMPETE.

Note: All proceeds will go towards our 2019 Team Season sponsorship, and to raise funds for any travel needs to Nationals or Worlds.

Eligibility:
Any lifter, Male or Female, 13 Years of age or older, with an active USAW Membership.
Ensure you have a copy of your USAW Membership Info during weigh-ins. You can check on the status of a current USAW Membership Here.

Mens (Open) Weightclasses:
55K | 61K | 67K | 73K | 81K | 80K| 96K | 102K | 109K| 109K+
Womens (Open) Weightclasses:
45K | 49K | 55K | 59K | 64K | 71K | 81K | 87K | 90K+

This is a USAW sanctioned and Judged meet. You will find an overview of the latest Rules and Standards in the latest Technical Rulebook Here.

All Gear a must meet USAW rules and specs and all lifters must wear Singlets.
