Hustle...What's that?
FIT AS HELL.
FOR ATHLETES STARTING OUT, OR THOSE WHO DIG ALL AROUND FITNESS.
ALL DAY, EVERY DAY...
‘Hustle Dayton’ is our Club Class program built for those looking to expand their fitness levels with measurable goals in an educational & fun atmosphere. We built this course specifically to provide a solid base of health & fitness experience to our Clients. Then, build them up with the ability to transition into another course or sport — no matter their age, health-goals, or experience.
The Hustle curriculum has been built to develop versatile athletes through education, experience, and focusing on a broad range of fitness skills. It is not intended to specialize in the development or pursuit of any specific sport. The workouts always emphasize education, fun, and general athletic development while never pushing too far into the world of powerlifting, weightlifting, or any other highly specific sport.
THIS IS GYM CLASS 101!
Why Group Based???
We’ve found over the years, it is not only important for an athlete to have someone coaching them through new movement verbally...it’s just as important to see that movement in action! This is exactly where small training group comes in handy. Workout pace is more easily regulated with a group as well, so proper rest between sets is automatic! Your pace problems of moving too quickly or too slowly are fixed by the addition of training partners. Plus...who likes to suffer alone?!?
So What's a session look like?
1. GROUP-UP
“One of our Certified training Staff will meet you as a group to go over the training for the day. Then after questions are asked, and maybe some jokes. We’ll lead the group in an instructed warm-up that ties directly into what we’ll be doing for the Skills training of the day...”
— Head Coach Casey Strope
2. TRAIN-SKILLS
“The most important part of the training session. My Staff will teach the group on the ‘Points of Performance’ and expectations of the specific movements of the day. No one is left behind, and it is our job to train you for success. Lifts are selected according to our long-term Hustle Training Program to build athleticism and experience with fundamental movements like squats, presses, pulls, and calisthenics...””
— Head Coach Matt
3. WORK-OUT
“Lastly, we’ll reinforce what we’ve learned and worked on in the skills training by performing supplemental & accessory movements built into a workout. Each day could be a different format, but you know you’ll leave worked and ready for the next session!”
— Head Coach Casey
