Of course we got the usual, "..aren't you worried about people watching your training, figuring out your programming, etc?". The short answer is -- No.
If taking a bloke off the street and turning them into an American Record holder within several years was so easy that I could spy on another club doing it and figure it out -- we should all just stop.
We put these cams up for the community of Lifters and Athletes. The folks who already know what we're up to. The rest may just be mystified, or hear some ridiculous gym conversations.
