Basic Course Summary:
- Learn fundamentals of Powerlifting, teaching the 3 main lifts
- Cues to make your form better, and methods to increase your strength.
- Learn supplementary and accessory training movements
- Expand your knowledge in basic strength training and Powerlifting Sport

- Length is set for a 2 hr seminar
- Limited to a 20 Student limit
- Cost is $35 for each stand-alone session
- Scheduled seminar for every Sunday in August (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th)
