Basic Course Summary:
Learn fundamentals of Powerlifting, teaching the 3 main lifts
Cues to make your form better, and methods to increase your strength.
Learn supplementary and accessory training movements
Expand your knowledge in basic strength training and Powerlifting Sport

Length is set for a 2 hr seminar
Limited to a 20 Student limit
Cost is $35 for each stand-alone session
Scheduled seminar for every Sunday in August (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th)
